Every consultation follows the same four steps. That keeps the quality reliable, and you always know where we stand.

  1. Understand

    How does your business work today?

    I look at your workflows as they really are. Not as they are supposed to look on paper.

  2. Identify

    Where are costs and time lost unnecessarily?

    We find the places where work is done twice, gets stuck or ends up with you.

  3. Plan

    Which changes bring the greatest benefit?

    You receive concrete recommendations with priorities and an honest assessment of effort and benefit.

  4. Implement

    Which measures are actually worth it?

    Only what pays off gets implemented. By you, by me or by whoever you choose.

From request to result

A paid session is only released after a short review of your request. That way we make sure I can really help you.

  1. Send a request

    You briefly describe your business and your biggest challenge. It takes about five minutes.

  2. Review

    I check whether I can genuinely help you. If so, you receive a personal link to book the business check.

  3. Business check

    Questionnaire in advance, a 60 minute session and a written summary with concrete recommendations.

  4. Relief plan

    If you wish, a detailed plan for up to three workflows, with priorities and economic assessment.

  5. Implementation

    Only if you want: defined steps at a fixed price, implemented by me or by whoever you choose.

Frequently asked questions

Why is there no free initial call?

Because you should get something useful from the very first session. The business check is not a sales call but a consultation with concrete recommendations and a written summary. Whether you continue afterwards is up to you.

How and when do I pay?

You receive the invoice after each service. There is no prepayment.

Is the business check credited?

Yes. If you commission the relief plan within 30 days of the business check, the business check is fully credited.

Do I have to commission an implementation afterwards?

No. The business check and the relief plan stand on their own. You can implement the plan yourself, with me or with another provider.

Do you charge by the hour?

No. All services have a fixed price and a clearly described scope. For implementation you receive a separate fixed-price offer for each step.

Do I need specific software or a subscription?

No. The consulting does not require any software or subscription. Whether and which tools make sense only becomes clear from the analysis.

Do you work in English?

Yes. Sessions can be held in German or English, by phone or video.
