About me
Henrik Schulz
I help owners of small service businesses improve their workflows, cut unnecessary work and win back time for their actual job.
Experience from both worlds
I have worked in IT for around 18 years. Today I am managing director of a software company and carry entrepreneurial responsibility there, not just for technology. So I know what it is like to run a business while being deep in day-to-day work.
For many years I have worked with ERP systems and commercial business processes: orders, invoices, stock, job planning. And I understand software development and automation well enough to judge realistically what they can and cannot do.
Why locksmiths
I know the workflows of locksmith businesses from working with companies in the industry. They face a particular mix of challenges: emergency service around the clock, lots of calls, small teams and an owner who works on site. At the same time, workflows are similar across many businesses. That makes experience transferable and improvements plannable.
How I work
I listen first and look at how your business really works. Then you receive clear recommendations with priorities, an honest economic assessment and a plan you can implement, with or without me.
- Personal: you always talk to me directly
- Direct: clear statements instead of consultant jargon
- Entrepreneurial: what counts is what pays off for your business
- Down to earth: practical solutions instead of theoretical concepts

Where is your business losing the most time right now?
The business check finds out. You receive concrete recommendations and a written summary, even if you do not commission anything else.
